The Bourne Bus users local volunteer drivers and we would love it if you got in touch to ask to join our friendly driving team.
We have drivers from all over the Bourne area from Chidham and Hambrook to Southbourne, Nutbourne, Westbourne and Emsworth.
Most of our volunteers drive the FREE bus two to four half days a month on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but others offer their time to drive for the local social and leisure group hires we offer.
We warmly welcome new recruits to our growing community of volunteers driving the bus. We have a quarterly drivers social get-together at a local pub too! Whilst most give their time for free, for hire deals for local groups we can pay drivers £10 an hour when driving.
We also provide you with FREE training to MIDAS certification level.
